Plotly is a collaborative prototype created during Startupweekend Zurich Fall 2025. By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Prototype Status
The platform is experimental and provided “as is.” Features may change or break without notice, and we do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability of any particular functionality.
2. Communications
By signing up you consent to us contacting you via email or other channels you provide so we can deliver product updates, onboarding information, or follow-up surveys. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying to the communication or contacting the team.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and reliability of any information, listings, or media you share on the platform. We do not actively moderate user submissions and are not liable for the content provided by participants. If you post data that infringes on the rights of others you agree to remove it immediately upon request.

Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, financial, or real-estate advice. Any decisions you make based on information found here are at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of Plotly are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the prototype.
6. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect improvements or feedback. Continued use of the platform after an update means you agree to the revised terms.
